Council has come to an agreement with the Westlock County for the use of the Jarvie and Pibroch transfer sites. All residents of Larkspur are encouraged to take their garbage and their recyclables to those locations or to take them home with you. Other types of garbage such as construction material and yard debris can be taken to the Westlock Regional landfill, but you will be charged a fee.
